I prefer single axle trailers because I can make some crazy turns possible without destroying my tires. I've seen new tires remedy some suspension issues but it's not the norm. As far as fish tailing and handling goes you want to make sure you have a reasonable tow vehicle, enough weight on the tongue (make sure your boat far forward on the trailer, adjust bow stand if needed) and maintain a safe speed. I've towed boats far heavier than I should have and didn't run into any issues until I started going too fast. There are some upgrades that can be done to your tow vehicle if it's under rated. Not all of them are possible nor worth the effort and expense.

I imagine that launch site will be difficult and might require two people since it doesn't have a dock. You will get wet. Once you launch, Im guessing that you'll have to anchor up, swim or row back in a dinghy/kayak, park your truck and trailer and then paddle back. I'm guessing that'll add 20-30 minutes. The average time to rig a trailer sailor is one hour. The Hunter may be less as others have commented
