Heat shrink a bicycle brake outer tube to the end of the plastic tube. It bends easy to reach the lowest point in the pan and won't melt in hot oil. The bicycle brake outer tube is essentially a coil spring with plastic cover. Also smaller to fit inside dip stick tube.
