Our 1994 Catalina 28 does not have an emergency tiller. We purchased it used. Did the boat come with an emergency tiller as original equipment? Were can one be found?

Call Catalina Yachts, Catalina Direct, or make one. It's only a piece of aluminum pipe. You should be able to get an idea from the manual. Don't know if C28's have an Association website with the manuals, but someone with a C28 should be able to help.
