I know we tend to be vocal when we get bad service from a supplier, but I also believe in being vocal when I get excellent service! I installed a new stack pack main system from Doyle last spring. This fall I noticed that one of the grommets on the pack had pulled out. I communicated with Doyle to ask their advice. As I am more than 500 miles from them, local service is not available.My 'care package' arrived this week. It included a new grommet, a spare new grommet, the grommet insertion tool, the mallet to hammer it in with, and a piece of carpet and a rubber pad to place it on when hammering! Each part was carefully labeled, and written instructions were included. The only request is that I return the tools when I'm finished.Other than physically driving here to install it for me, I don't know what else I could've asked them to do. I think that's pretty incredible service! I can highly recommend these folks!
