I know we tend to be vocal when we get bad service from a supplier, but I also believe in being vocal when I get excellent service! I installed a new stack pack main system from Doyle last spring. This fall I noticed that one of the grommets on the pack had pulled out. I communicated with Doyle to ask their advice. As I am more than 500 miles from them, local service is not available. My 'care package' arrived this week. It included a new grommet, a spare new grommet, the grommet insertion tool, the mallet to hammer it in with, and a piece of carpet and a rubber pad to place it on when hammering! Each part was carefully labeled, and written instructions were included. The only request is that I return the tools when I'm finished. Other than physically driving here to install it for me, I don't know what else I could've asked them to do. I think that's pretty incredible service! I can highly recommend these folks!

Have a similar story from Massey Yacht Sales in St. Pete. Bill Wiard, the sales manager, spent much time with me looking for my "perfect boat" He has an extensive kowledge of sailboats and a great customer service attitude. If your looking for another boat call him. Hate to sound like an advertisement but when I find a good one I like to tell others.
