Re: PNW Weather
We also sail rain or shine warm or cold. We have wet weather gear and warm clothes.

Yes, we've been looking a bit. We are in fact on "E" dock now. We haven't yet seen just what we are after, but looking still. I posted this thread because I don't often see many heading out with rain in the forecast. Being the oddball that I am, I do put on fowlies and even fish in the fall.Hi Ken, have patience. Our first boat, an H28, we bought it from the PO in the Everett marina on E dock. Sailed her for three years, then upgraded to our current boat that we purchased from the PO in Semiahmoo.
We did not get along with the Everett marina staff of the time, so we moved to Shelter Bay and have been happy ever since. Look around, check the ads, make a list of the things you want or need on your new boat and before long your dream just magically appears. Good luck.
Thanks TerryHi Ken, other than a pilot house boat, cockpit enclosure, hot water heater, etc., what else is on the "want" list?
Lots of good deals out there. Market is pretty soft. H290 is a very nice boat with all the amenities, plus fridge, etc.
