Deck organizer seized H340

Most of the sheaves in my deck organizers have seized up.
Has anyone found a solution? They're hidden under the Sea Hood and difficult to access.

Sounds like a task to remove the sea hood!! Might find the the following threads useful before you start this project. Can you install new deck organizers on top of the sea hood vs. removing the seahood and replacing the existing ones?
