I don't know the area, Ft. Myers. It's one of the few places in Fla. that I didn't visit. My job skills are varied. Real varied. I've had more different jobs than you have bikini's. So what is the market like down there job wise? I have a 37'er, how's the anchoring or docking situation? What is sailing like in that area? I have a 4' draft. I won't be coming down this year. but if things go right. I found a girlfriend up here that is firmly cemented to Cleveland, I think, so there is always a place to stay if I return for a visit or stay. ANd I can keep my other boats at a friends house, and they are both on trailers. Would I be better off keeping the water condo up here and taking the 20'er to Fla.? Or the opposite. Yeah, I'd have to rent a place down there if I took the 20'er down, but it wouls most likely balance out with tte dock fees I'd wouldn't have to pay.
