Considering purchasing a 1995 Catalina 270

Hi Jeff - I just purchased a Catalina 270 and need a new foresail. When you say jib, do you know if yours is a 100% or 110%? i would like in many cases to just unfurl the foresail only and wondering if I need to go to a genoa - my understanding is that any thing larger than a 110% is a genoa? Thank you!

The standard head sail for a 270 is a 135% genoa. Racers like to go bigger but a 135 is a good sail from 8 to 20 knots.
