H34 owners, Tired of the heavy rain backing up in your boat from the channel that the hatch cover slides on, I was... So I made a hatch cover from some sunbrella fabric using snap buttons and studs. As you can see in the pictures I used the existing screws that hold down the sea hood. They had to be ground around to fit in the snap stud. I used 3 screws on each side. The only holes I had to put in the boat were at the foot of the companionway. I used pre made screw studs there. At the very top I had velcro sewed into the material. Very easy to make and no more water in the boat.
