My 1993 H23.5 Question...I have a snap on green cloth cover that can be placed over the companionway opening. I asummed this was water proof, another novice mistake, and found my new boat had water standing on cabin sole about two inches deep.
The only logical place for it to have entered was through the wood slats for cabin access, or from the glass side hatch top....both are covered by this green cloth that snaps over the entire thing.
The question is there a "water proof" coating that I can use to solve my rain water leaking problem.I am hopping there is some kind of spary on waterproofing or maybe paint on coating.I can put on this green cotton cloth fabric?.......please advise friends.
I had about a half a small trash can full of water the last rain..not good.
Txs in advance for your input guys...fairwinds mark<><
