Cockpit locker drainage

I have a 1986 Catalina 30 with a deep locker in the stern as well as one on the port side. I recently noticed that there does not appear to be any way for the lockers to drain. Has anyone found this to be a problem and/or found a way to create a workable drain.

Steering well is overflowing

I found I was getting water in my port lazerette when my steering well overflowed into the quaterberth and then into the lazerette. Simple fix is to keep the drain in the steering well open.
