Cockpit Handrail on Beneteau Oceanis 400 (1996)

The fixed center binnacle/console/table in the cockpit has a curved tube of 1/2" SS "handrail" that is bolted to the top of the binnacle. This bar has come loose and the bolts inside the binnacle need to be tightened but are deeply and tightly seated in the fiberglass mold. Looks like it requires a very thin socket that will fit a large nut - approx 3/4", maybe even 1 inch.
Does anyone knows and can recommend the right socket measurements and tools needed to tighten that nut and secure the handrail?

For US threads, a 1/2" bolt uses a 3/4" socket for a standard nut.

Hello RitSim and thanks for your input. The issue we have is that there is no room inside the cockpit fiberglass mold for a wrench. We tried that already. We believe it needs to be a long socket with thin walls, unless there is another tool or idea we haven't thought about.
