Getting ready to rebed our jib track on our Pearson 303. Anyone know the the amount of clearance to drill for a 5/16 screw? I was thinking about 1/64 so there is some room for chalk.

Not personaly but my C&C used it and so much was squeezed out that I picked off a large ball of it and used it for about ten years for various projects. I still have a little spot of it and after 30 years it is still pliable.
For the genoa track I would definitely use it.
