I dunno. Buying a boat w/ wooden masts [plural] to live aboard in FL not knowing where you'll be? By the way--a boat with a 6-ft draft will encounter restrictions on places to visit, especially in the ICW and through some passes. FL has a lot of shallow water. Boats of 4 1/2 to 5-foot draft are more versatile. Morgan built boats especially for FL and the shoal areas. Maybe better on a Morgan 45 CB or similar. You may be under appreciating the amount of work you're going to be doing on that boat. Very hot sun; very high humidity seven months; and lots of bugs!

Sherry. Look at the dates on thr previous posts. They were over a year ago. I believe the Trainman wound up buying a different boat, so you may well have purchased the one he was lookjng at back then.
BTW, has anyone heard from Trainman lately?

OI was at Baconsails in Annapolis today. They have some used winches with Choy Lee stamped into the top where you would normally see Lewmar or such.
