You're going to find this on just about any C30 you look at. When hauled out, there will (most likely) be a crack at the keel to hull joint. This is not usually structural and is almost impossible to "fix". It also goes without saying that you should hire a competent surveyor to make the final judgement call about the boat. Don't let the broker/yard insist on "their" surveyor, find your own cuz you're the one paying for it! They'll look for & find stuff you would never have thought of. Have fun! LaDonna
