I am in a bind with a boat in water that needs to be hauled away. I cannot find any trailer rental places that will accommodate a sailboat, even a swing keel.
I am searching for a kind catalina 22 owner who would be willing to allow me to rent their trailer, or allow me to pay you to transport my ill-fated project to the landfill. We can discuss terms and logistics if there is interest. I am in need of this within the next month. I can get the boat to a ramp.
Also, if you know of a trailer set up for a c22 in the area for sale that is an option also, but I have had no luck with that search.
Any help or suggestions appreciated.
BTW I have contacted donation services and they say the haul costs are too prohibitive to make it worth their while.
