I just purchased a 1990 28 and have a problem with the mast base. Water has settled and leaked through to the cabin roof. I was told by a rigging expert that it wasn't very bad and to try and find a yard or hoist and pull the mast and do the required repairs myself. I have a yard that will haul out and pull mast and reset over a three day weekend for about $750.00. Has anyone out there already gone through this? What should I look for? Thanks, Rex
