Easy, it's after Labor Day.

I do not understand it but around here many boaters think Labor Day is the end of the season. Looks like he is taking the Thistles to the barn.

Do you do that in California?

California offers year round sailing, but Pinecrest is high enough in the Sierra Mountains that they shut down for the winter.
