Another option if your plywood bulkheads are in poor shape of to paint them white or off white to match the fiberglass parts. This brightens up the cabin considerably and is actually a more traditional treatment. The bulkheads on my Columbia were covered in a fake teak plastic laminate that had faded on spots and had old screw holes, etc. I filed the holes, cleaned and sanded them and painted them off white semigloss latex over Glidden Gripper primer. (Got it all at Home Depot). I also stripped and varnished all the real teak trim in semi gloss. The result is much brighter, cleaner, and looks great.

Wow, thanks! But please don't make a special trip just for that. This has been an ongoing issue with the Admiral and myself so no rush at all.
Chrisings, here's the table. It's a bit rough on the exposed parts, and the Admiral wants it oiled, but I like the look. The one that came with Pelican couldn't be raised and took up half the cabin.

that is a very expensive cockpit table that will serve you nicely in the salon ...a little sanding and cleaning with L A Totally Awesome and about three coats of teack oil and you will be good to go nice find

Sure thing. It won't go flush up against the bulkhead since it runs into the upward curve of the cabin sole on the port side. I was tempted to raise it up a bit to allow for that, but didn't want to have to modify the leg for the extra height.
I want to thank you for the pledge suggestion. It is working beautifully! I applied it to the exposed teak and left it over night this morning it was all absorbed and nice looking. I applied another coat. I shall report back on its longevity.

Im glad its working for you... why paint if you like the look of the wood. The lemon pledge will last a year or more... then do it again. Its better than having to touch up paint, or ruining the wood look by painting it... it kinda devalues the boat if you have perfectly nice looking wood, then paint over it.
if you are talking about seat bottoms the cushions set on use a good oil based paint one part urethane interlux or water based epoxy from sharon williams paint store ...i like the water based epoxy paint better it drys with a thicker richer texture but if you have nice looking teak or cherry wood that is exposed ...oil it with teak oil or lemon oil....
