Depends on Where
The Lake Michigan (LMPHRF) rating for a C-30 Standard rig is 183. The standard rig C-30s are probably all have a folding / feathering prop (as all of the C-30s on the LMPHRF.org site were rated at 183 while the C-30Tr/BS is rated at 168). LMPHRF gives you a 3 seconds / mile credit for a 2 blade fixed prop and 6 seconds / mile for a 3 blade fixed prop. There is no credit for a small headsail. Steve Alchemist C-30TR/BS #4764
