C-30 Exceptional Year(s)??

Was there a particularly exceptional year or years in the manufacturing of C-30's that yielded better all around quality or simply had fewer problems?Thanks

Hard to say

I don't really think it's the "years" so much as the days. I mean, if they guy laying up the hull had a fight with his girlfriend the night before, he might not do as great a job as usual. Maybe the weather one day was a little humid and that caused some problems with the gelcoat. Who knows!1987 and up are "better" (that subjective, of course) because that was the year the new body style was introduced. It's a matter of taste, of course, but they do seem to fetch a higher price and are definitely sought out.LaDonna
