You can fix what you have got. There are a couple of threads about upgrading the H37C bow roller too. If you feel like removing that bow plate, a good stainless welder could make that like new. Otherwise, bolt some new cheeks on the old ones, as detailed here and here.Is there a place to find a replacement anchor bow roller?
Yes. The old roller was never really big or long enough IMO. You can probably straighten the existing roller enough to bolt some bigger, thicker sides on, as shown in Bob Milller's photos. Or take the whole thing off and have a welder rebuild it (it is a bit of a squeeze to get at all the nuts up in the bow...).Jim, the idea here is to have the new "cheeks" pull the mangled old stuff into place and add a front roller?
