proportional to the location of the marina and the number of surrounding marinas with like boats. If you have only one marina with one yacht broker, you are going to pay premium prices for a boat that is not worth the price. Especially if the boat comes with a slip in that marina.Seriously, I would look at Yacht World for the boat you want, then get the prices for all boats of that make that are in a close proximity to you. That should give you a good idea.i.e. there are no Catalina 34s in my marina (Oceanside, Ca.) for sale. However there are about 10 for sale in San Diego bay.
