Actually, with proper beer placement (and proper amount of said "ballast"), after a while, the list will go away. ;-)
This was discussed before. Answer was, when boat lean on portside, start drinking beer from portside cartons till boat lean on the otherside, then tack over and start drinking starboard cartons of beer
