We all know that Boat Babe doesn't have "balls" to play with... but SURFBOARDS... well now we've got something to kick around!!

A word of thanks to all of you hard sailing salts that have been trying for years to get the cruisers in the Pacific Northwest to take the plunge, scoff at the less than desirable weather and start relaxing like our tropical florida brethren.
Finally, the weather gods answered our prayers up here
For those of you sailing mid sound last weekend and who were enjoying the basicly in the buff sailors from bainbridge island to whidbey island last weekend........

I would show some of the pictures.. but the admiral (and this board) have strict rules.:naughty:
I knew someday that I would succeed. I have been telling her for years that boaters just want to get naked and lucky on the water....... and she didnt really believe me. hahahahahahahahahah muahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Thanks again to the many boat babes that made last weekend such a blast. See it wasnt that hard to get your boat guys sunny side up.,
But I think she is convinced now.

The status of the "Babe"!
Well, unfortunately for us, we've just had way too much on our plate with Solar Stik... I hate to admit this, but it has been nearly 18 months since Empty Pocket has been off the dock...
...but that is about to change...
Empty Pocket is heading into the yacht-yard for a major overhaul on many of her systems...
major electrical system overhaul (including complete LED lighting and electronics upgrades)
galley redesigned
interior woodwork
deck & hull paint
new canvas
rigging
bottom paint
...and more.
We're taking off for an "extended voyage" in the spring to the Bahamas (specifically, the Exumas chain), from which we will be catching up on the dearth of Boat Babe photos... and maybe a story or two along the way...
...Stay tuned!
