Cumberland
I am not Brian and I am certainly not Stephanie, but I wanted to comment on Cumberland Island
Keep my boat on Amelia Island. We have been to all the "Golden Isles" and Cumberland is the best because of its minimum human impact.
Because of the lack of development, you cannot buy anything, not even a bottle of water, and whatever you bring on the island you must take off. There are no trash cans. The beaches are empty, the fields are pristine and the forests are almost prehistoric.
A lot of wildlife from horses, deer, boar, alligators, (in the marsh and water holes), bugs (in season), and of course snakes.
If visiting plan on anchoring and dinghy in, the few docks are almost never available.
There is a volunteer fee per person, just put it in the unattended box on the dock. There are a lot of hidden areas to explore, just be mindful of the wildlife.
I have attached a few pictures for your info
