So speaking of winterizing. We have to winterize our dock plumbing every year to prevent freezing. We're losing our source for alcohol free, potable water antifreeze. Anyone know of a good source for say 25 gallons?

If I needed that much I'd definitely consider calling an irrigation contractor and having them bring a big compressor and blow out the lines for me. They do it all the time for winterizing water systems.
In the PNW where the water is about 48 deg +-, the boat floats, put two air dryers on the sole, orient the two dorade vents into the wind and 180 opposite, ruffle the cushions, and leave both faucets on. Last year got down to 9 deg.
