Pirate Girl
Our past two boats were named Sunday Girl. Our newest boat is a Cheoy Lee, which was made in China. There was a famous "Lady Pirate" in the 1800s, also from china, who had one of the largest fleets of the time. So, as a combination of the two previous boats, a tribute to our newest boat's lineage, we came up with our name. I couldn't imagine having named the boat anything else.Naming a boat is worth the time to research -- don't just go with your first goofy instinct. And whatever you do, never, NEVER name it after your wife. That always seems to be a jinx on both the marriage and the boat. Just my two cents....
