Sailors,I just wanted to share with you some of the damage caused by high winds at our quaint little sailing club in North West Arkansas. Sometime during the early morning hours of May 23, 2005, storm winds marched down the cove causing significant damage to many boats. Several sails and bimini's were damaged in the winds. The most substantial damage was caused when dock 4 broke loose from the "sea anchor" and crashed into dock 5. Subsequently, the power lines and poles were pulled down to docks 4 and 5. The ramp to dock 5 also sustained heavy damage.Photos can be seen here http://www.beaverlakesailclub.com/storm/storm.htm
