all my grease guns have adjustable nozzels. you can set them for different pressures of grip to the zirt. unscrew the nozzele out and it will release. unscrew it too much and it will not hold on to the zirt. one size does not fit all and so they are adjustable.

Thank you! I will look into that. My gun is advertised as adjustable - they just don't explain that part in the booklet. Using lithium grease.

I fought basic grease guns for years. Last year I finally got tired of it and upgraded:

The mfr of the grease gun I bought sent me a new nozzle - lifetime warranty on the gun. I'll check it out in the next day or two.

The new nozzle is adjustable. Got Bearing Buddies installed and greased. Able to get the gun loose without problem.
