Anchor windlass for H280

Helping a friend to source for info/ideas and windlass for his H280 (circa 1997).
Anchor well is really shallow ...actually more like anchor pan.
Has any H280 owners fitted a windlass to his/her boats? Photos and information would be of great help. Thank you.

I looked around and found nothing that would work without doing a deck mount, which I didn't want to do. So I ended up getting a Fortress anchor, which is easy to lift. The Fortress is controversial, but very easy on the back and so far it has never failed me.
