Anchor Locker

Does anyone know where I can purchase the sponge gasket that goes inside the anchor locker hatch cover?

Try using weatherstripping?

I just put wx stripping (available at any home center or hardware store)on the cockpit lockers. Self-stick works fine, and appear to be holding up well. My Cat 27 has no anchor locker, but maybe it is the same as an anchor locker.

Use closed cell rubber weather stripping

available at most hardware stores...The open cell stuff won't be waterproof.

Hatch Tape

West Marine has rolls of Hatch Tape, a self-adhesive foam in 1/8" and 1/4" thicknesses, 3/4" wide. It should do the trick.

Concur on the closed cell

Been using closed cell (khaki colored) weather strip for 2 years and it is holding up fine. Bought it at Lowes. Not critical for safety (stainless etc. so I avoid boat stores) If it says Marine add 20%. Household stuff works fine.
