Anchor locker electric windless

I'm looking at installing a Electric windless in a Catalina 30 anchor well. I saw one a few years ago but do not recal brand or size. Lewmar seems to be the big player. Should I be looking at a vert mount and mount it horizontally on the well wall? What about rope chain straight feed (good for single handeling)? Don
