I'll add my recommendation for MarineBeam's sealed LED lights. I installed their anchor light and nav lights, and I've been very happy with them; I'm replacing our nonfunctional steaming light with their steaming / deck light combo this week. No bulb connections to corrode, and the LEDs should outlast me.
Just one caveat: I bought the anchor light with built-in photocell, so it turns itself off at dawn. That seemed like a great idea at the time, and a way to save a little energy automatically. But on a trailerable boat, we have to plug in the mast wiring when we raise the mast, and I'd like to be able to test all the lights at that time. With the photocell, I can't tell for sure that it's working until dusk. I wish that had occurred to me before I bought it.
