The issue with the Balmar 92/715 (? - the older alternator model #s, not the newer 6-series) cases was that with a Universal engine ya hadda shave the bracket down to get the fans to pass it by. Not such a great deal...
Many of our C34 folks have used the Leece Neville, too.
I almost feel sorry for people who spend $$$$$ on Balmar alternators!!! Almost, simply because they don't do their homework or comparative shopping.
