Small adjustments
Ed,You will likely need to address the following:1. AquaLift muffler may need relocation to mate to the new exhaust location2. New Morse throttle and shift control cables. The shift cable may match up OK, but likely you'll need a longer throttle cable.3. Modified or new fuel tank to allow for return of diesel to the tank from the FI pump4. Engine stop cable with T handle is available from Catalina parts5. Engine compartment settee cover board and fiberglass blister to accomodate added motor height. You may want to have your settee cushion modified by an upholstery shop to match the rise of the blister, thus allowing the cushion to lie flat.6. New forward engine access hatch or modify you existing one to accomodate for additional length of engine due to the water pump, etc. Catalina adds a frame between the hatch and the engine compartment fiberglass to make up for this extra length.7. Install a fuel/water separator.8. If you want to make hot water while under way, now is a good time to plumb fresh water coolant lines to the hot water heater.9. Evaluate whether you will need a different engine instrument panel
