I have an old Morse two lever control set on my Catalina 30. Where the accelerator hub snaps on to the assembly in the cockpit is worn, and so the lever is loose and slips a lot. Does anybody have a lead on where I can get replace parts or a rebuild for this instead of having to buy a whole new set up? Thanks for any help

Replace/Tighten set screw

Ed, If your boat was an late 70's , early 80's model with the shift/throttle on the lower Port side of the cockpit, then there is a set screw at the bottom of the throttle drum you should be able to tighten to fix your problem. You can't see the screw as it is inside the drum and opposite the top of the throttle handle (aka, underneath where you can't see it). It takes an allen wrench. You'll have to feel around with the wrench til' you get it. Good luck!
