I usually have my boat moored with solar panels so no need for AC.
I have the boat for over a year and the last time I couple of times at different docks I have had the reverse polarity light every time I plug in.
I have recently realized how dangerous this is.
I have my boat dry dock and want to get it fixed.
Any ideas on fixing it.
There is a burn mark on the female end that plugs into the boat and also looks like it spark welded slight on the boat male end.
I did try another cord and still got the light.
I am thinking about replacing the boats male end receptacle but that is expensive. Any ideas on where I can find a receptacle at a decent price?
Or other Ideas?
