Hi everyone,I bought a Mac26D earlier this year and the boat and trailer were in such good condition, i just couldn't resist the deal.To say we are happy with our set up would be an understatement. We are ecstatic. The elderly gent we bought our boat from knew a few things about how to set up a boat.If you look at the photo of the trailer, it is the original trailer, and all he has done is add brackets and rollers that are at exactly the same level as the flat carpeted supports. To launch, i merely bak it till the water cobvers the bottom of the rims, and that's it no further, she just rolls off beautifully without having to even give it a big shove, it just slides gently into teh water, and for retrieval, i do exactly the same, and it winches on so easily. There is no sign of rust anywhere on the trailer.A real simple solution.I hope this may help some o0f you who have had problems with rust and had to replace yopur trailers.regardsPaul Sitchefffrom Oz.
