I read all owner reviews on the Hunter 410 beore getting mine. The number 1 common issue appeared to be with the refrigator and frost issues. The past 2 weekends I too had the 410 frost problem.
So today I was looking at the seals and noticed there was a gap and started to think about how to fixx this. But I also looked some more and found a cause that I had never read about and so am sharing.
Before you go nuts; check the little latches on each side of the door. They are suppose to flip up when you open the top and of course latch back down to hold the lid shut. But I found 2 of mine (one on the freezer and 1 on the refrig) had gotten shut down. So when you closed the lid the corner would be just a little from being fully sealed. The lids look like they are closed, but they are not.
I wonder how many people have replaced the seals to something thicker, when all they needed was to have checked the latches to be sure the lids were closed all the way?
