Don't confuse different boats
Don't confuse a 37.5 with a 386 and 380. The 376 and 380 are vutually identical under the water as they share the same hull. The 37.5 does not share any family resemblance under the water. The overlap on the 376 and 380 is over 2" where the blades hit the strut when going to reverse. No amount of time can cure that, and cutting a 3" chunk out of your strut doesn't seem to be a wise choice. What a shame autprop doesn't acknowledge this until after you buy it, install it, and whack it into your strut. I often wonder why they put a 376 in their brochure, knowing the prop doesn't fit it?One of the strangest tales of my boat owning experience.Bob KnottH380
