320 boom end blocks frozen

2 320 Alameda, CA
I have a 2001 320 with the standard 4 pack of plastic blocks in the end of the boom. They are totally frozen and cracked. I tryed prying them out wihout any luck. Is there a trick to getting them out? Also, does Catalina sell a replacement set?
