I have a 31-2 #88 ,I filled the fresh water tanks and some how the water also filled the built in icebox through the ice box drain.Any ideas on how the water tanks and ice box drain are connected. Is what appears to be a manual water pump on the galley sink also the pump to drain the icebox.

The manual pump on the galley sink is the ice box drain...look under the sink and follow the hose. Also put water in the ice box (I guess you already have) and pump it while watching the drain hole in the ice box....you should watch the water going down.
As far as the fresh water tank connected to the ice box....well someone must have crossed a hose as this is not logical....kind of disgusting actually. Just follow the hoses if you can.
