LOOKING FOR SOME INFO PLEASE...
About to purchase a hydraulic autopilot made by Raymor. Does anyone have any positive or negative information that would be helpful to me.Does anyone have one on a Hunter 320, is it compatible? Thanks.

We could use some more information.

Are you buying just the drive unit? or the whole system including the sensors and computer?

You need to figure out a strong point to mount the drive. There is also a pump and hydraulic hoses that will need to be run. And you need a tiller arm on the shaft to connect the drive to. Seems a bit of overkill on a 32’ boat.

A linear drive (electric) does a similar job, but eliminates the pump and hydraulic hoses.You still need a strong point to mount the drive and the tiller arm on the shaft.
