Mechone, do you have delrin plugs available for others? I'd gladly buy them if so.

"must seal the bottom" refers to sealing where the big fitting sits on the deck?
Yes you must seal around hole where rod and 2 studs go thru the deck ,then fill the ball and socket above . As for delrin plugs ,I made them a few years ago and i didn't make any notes , I would have to pry one out to get measurement and the boat is now shrinked wrapped for winter(no access) I machined them like a top hat(flange) what you see is larger than the hole leaving it about 1/16 thick then machining it down to press in, touching the 4200 which retains it from coming out. The 2 turnbuckles are reverse ball and sockets which I grease with teflon grease every year before stepping mast, The chainplate is cast bronze ,chrome plated
