Fillers and Awlgrip

I would suggest West system epoxy and fillers for the filling chores. Then check with Jamestown Distributors for the paint. Check the link for the uses of epoxy. Great stuff.

Topsides repair

It's not always necessary to use West epoxy when other materials will accomplish the same end. I use West for a number of different repairs, but will also use 3M Premium Marine Filler, or Interlux Water-tite for filling gouges, scratches etc. The 3M is a vinylester filler and the Water-tite is an epoxy filler. They mix and apply easily, dry much quicker than West, sand easy, and allow you to progress faster on a repair. They're also cheaper to purchase a small amount. Good luck with your repairs.
