I'm almost afraid to ask, when the tank emptied, where id the contents go?

Also, that metal junction box for the 110 circuit needs to go too. Check the wire, if it regular household Romex, it too needs to be replaced with stranded marine wire. A plastic box is fine, not metal and no wire nuts.
Good catch. It looks like Romex type cable. Probably solid wire.

Electrical, I would agree but it's not my problem it'll be the person that buys it that can replace it. I'm just painting it repairing the Cabinetry & Wood reassemble to a point where hopefully somebody will buy it i'm not even going to put the mast backup because it needs new rigging. Right now I'm just trying to break even on it which would be $2k, heck I'd take $1500 just to get rid of the stress of fixing a boat I don't want and cant afford to play with. Spending $50 on the electrical to repair it correct will not gain any profit on selling it, it's just throwing money in a hole in the water. If it was 35 foot i'd spend every dime I had on repairs and paint it with two part epoxy not single component. Take it to a different Harbor so I can pull it out to do a complete bottom job, keel off silicon bronze bolts, aluminum bronze chain plates etc etc. None of which will create profit, it's a 1972 Catalina 27 that are commonly sold for $3-$5K in working condition.
