Neat boat, this looks like one of the original Willard built Lancer 30s. You can tell from the swept back keel that is similar to the C&C Mk I...

Cheap plastic organizer. Hope to replace it with a nice pretty wooden one next year, but for now, It holds stuff that I don't want to dig for. Flash lights, tools, 1st aid.

The Lowrance HDS-5 stays here when it's not in use. The vhs underneath it was put there by the PO. Eventually I plan on upgrading. When I do, it'll probably go over the galley. The speakers, have extra wire, so I can mount them out on the deck. It really sounds good with them out there! The orange whistle is legal, I think, but is getting replaced soon too.

My steaming light and anchor light's hang in the aft berth. Someday, I'll get ones that mount on the top of the mast, but for now this works. The poles are about 5 ft. long, and plug in a socket on the starboard side near the stern.

I added a pvc fitting to the ballast tank air vent. Now the plug can really seal. I sanded the fiberglass and the pvc, then used 3M-5200 It feels pretty solid.

Stereo install required making this panel. It's 1/2" oak plywood stained and spar varnish. Voltmeter for keeping tabs on the battery, not the best but was cheap. Ammeter is next, and will go in where the 12 volt socket is. Far right is a Zune. It's like an Ipod. I have over 5000 songs on it, of all types. It's like having my own radio station but no commercials!

1st time with the grill. The placement is perfect for me. You do have to be mindful of passengers possibly bumping it and getting burned. When not in use it swings aft, out of the way and is safe.

A real autopilot. Has to be the best $400.00 I ever spent! I single hand a lot, and now I can turn this on and walk around the boat and take my time.

1st generation poor mans autopilot. A piece of tubing welded to a screw, sticks in a hole in the tiller. Run a rope from one side of the boat, through the tubing, to the other side. Pull it tight, and it holds the tiller where you leave it, but you can still steer.

Lowrance HDS-5 Hangs inside out of the weather when not in use. It has GPS/chartplotter, and fishfinder. The homemade box also has a 12 volt socket for aux power.

Working on grill install. Ended up with a shorter mount, and mounted lower. I can sit in the cockpit in the shade and cook lunch! It swings aft out of the way when not in use, and stows under the V berth when not on the water.

Trying out fishing rod holder placement. They are out of the way, but hard to see when under way with the bimini up.
