launched at Asharoken This 13 1/2' Philip Rhodes design fiberglass WoodPussy is the 4th one I've restored (2003-2008). It was the last of the 20+ boat WoodPussy fleet on Shelter Island. It sails beautifully and is currently up for sale since I'm restoring a 12' Skimmar for our use this season

Hakuna Matata This 24' Bob Evelyn design (MORC) is very similar to the J24 but is broader on the beam at 10' and has heavier rig. We sailed this boat from 1998 to 2009.

Cutter1935 This 28' Winthrop Warner Cutter displaced 9 tons and was a great cruising boat. We took several short trips in the few years we owned the boat in the early 1970's.

4402 1950s I've owned several lightnings in the 1950's 4 of them built in Naples Italy as a family project after ww11. As a teenager I restored ##s 4402,4403,4404 and 4405 as summer projects while I was attending school. We sailed #4402 on the Niagara River in the late 50's. Photo in early 50's (dad's on deck)
